All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will endeavour to notify active Members via their registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
For non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates required by regulatory developments), updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
